I would like to put in a review that not long ago that my wife came to visit the clinic because she needed to get a check up. Despite the effort of telling the staff and nurses who work within the facility soooo apparently we ended up getting a bill for $300+ dollars well I have news for you they ain't gonna be getting that money from us we've given them our medical card to cover the expenses so whoever trying to get money out of people won't be getting any, I do not recommend coming to this place they like to do shady and sneaky work behind the counter and get people in trouble

Normally when I go see a doctor I'm greeted with kindness and care. I can't say that about nurse practitioner Ashley. I have seen her twice on a walk in she came in and her attitude was just cold did say hello didn't had no facial expression other then just looking annoyed. Both times she did nothing to help told me basically to go home even tho I was bleeding somewhere I shouldn't have been for one day shy of 2 weeks and was starting to feel dizzy, this was the first visit. The second visit my son just tested positive for strep, my throat hurt so bad couldn't swallow couldn't eat but my test came back negative so she sent me home with no antibiotic 4 days later her office called to let me know that the swob they sent to the hospital came back positive for strep. She didn't seem like she cared and all it was almost like she treated me like I was faking my symptoms. She has no bed side manners. I will go to prompt care before I go back to let her treat me again.

Got a referral for my daughter back in January. Was supposed to get a call to schedule her next visit. Received a letter in the mail stating I needed to call to schedule said appointment. Called and was told scheduling would call me to schedule the appointment. Going on 5 months now and no answers. Healthcare in Illinois has really gone to the shitter

I won't send my dog there! Front desk heavy set lady been there for years. She tells a elderly man whom was stuttering to stop talking and sit down. Smacking her lips rolling her eyes. Also my mother in law has tremors shaking very bad. She needs a document set to the neurologist for a referral the office was supposed to fax week ago .She refused to be helpful. Claims their is no patient advocate social worker oldsmo bin, anybody to help her fill out the paper. I had to leave work and drive 20 mins for me to fill in spring clinic, fax number and the address I understand hipaa laws. There was no personal information needed. Just a simple patient records release. I was very. Elderly folks whom need extra help or a little more patience should not be treated like an extra burden. What about all the patients who don't have a daughter-in-law to stop and come help? Then they just don't get their forms filled out because the front desk lady is rude? I understand people have bad days and circumstances have changed but my mother-in-law's been going here for 30 years and this lady's been here for multiple years. I would give this place 0 stars. They were just useless as they were a decade ago. I'm on high risk medications that needed refills I have been on for years. They flat out told me no and basically to either withdraw or go to the ER or a 399.00 Methadone clinic for pain.I'm not a crack head or a junkie. I felt very disrespected as though I was a junkie and brought over 8 years of medical records to support my conditions. if you value your life stay away from this worthless establishment better off going to OSF or Carle Heath ER you get better service. Will never recommend or ever be back. They would rather you go into withdraws than write the script. The Dr was afraid of losing his license that seemed to me that is all he cared about and getting me on Methadone which is 20x worse than what I am already on. This in my opinion is a insurance and cash grab operation. They just dont care. I would recommend to drive 45 minutes to Graham Medical Group in Canton. They will help you and if you are low income 30000 or less you can qualify for Graham Charity Assistance most patients are are 100 percent charity and they also have onsite water therapy and physical therapy as well.
